During peak periods, launches, or limited edition releases, processing times may be extended.


Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times:

  • Europe: 4–10
    business days

    5–14 business days

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are accurate.


Customs & Duties

International customers may be subject to customs charges, duties, VAT, or import fees.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.


Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order is delayed or appears lost, please contact hello@glocom.global.

We will work with the carrier to investigate.


Returns Policy

Standard Returns

Customers may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must:

  • Be unopened
  • Be unused
  • Have all security seals and stickers intact
  • Be in original packaging
  • Include all accessories
  • Be in resaleable condition

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.


Non-Returnable Items

The following may not be eligible for return:

  • Personalised products
  • Custom branded items
  • Limited production items
  • Opened hygiene-sensitive products where applicable
  • Gift cards


Faulty or Damaged Products

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

Please provide:

  • Order number
  • Description of
    the issue
  • Supporting
    photos or videos where possible

Where a fault is confirmed, we may:

  • Replace the product
  • Repair the product
  • Offer a refund


Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
